MONTAUK CODFISH TOURNAMENT

Date:	Sunday March 12, 2006
Time:	Boat leaves at 3am so plan accordingly. If small craft warnings are in effect the tournament will be canceled. Call Tom Ganetis at 289-1028(home) or 275-5739(cell) if you are in doubt.

Weigh in:	On the dock when open boat returns, about 5pm.

Note from Bill Rockwell: We had only six members including myself show to fish today at the Mill Pond in Patchogue. Everyone caught fish and we have winners in each category. I am weighing in for the tournament but NOT for prizes a 2 lb. 15 oz largemouth bass and a 2 lb. 12 oz. pickerel. Chuck Moffet weighed in some nice bluegills and a nice yellow perch but non as large as the winners. I continue to love this day on a local pond but wish we could get more members to come out for it.

Teams:	One adult & one child; only one must be PFC member.
Prizes:	First, Most, & Largest Snapper

In attendance were Carl Dippel and his granddaughter Maggie, Charlotte* Dippel and her father Christopher, Tom Ganetis and his grandson Evan Reilly, Rich Steinbart and his son James, Raymond* Tomasicchio and his friend Mark, Tom Wasilewicz and his son Zachery. We had terrible weather. There was only 15 minutes of no rain. The event ended a half hour early due to a downpour.
